Healthy Fat Loss Foundations is a 6-week beginner-friendly course created for women who want to lose fat, build strength, and understand their body — without extremes, pressure, or starting over again.
If you’ve tried before and felt confused, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, this course is for you. Nothing is “wrong” with your body — you simply haven’t been taught the foundations in a clear, supportive way.
Each session is designed to feel structured, safe, and encouraging.
• first 10-15minutes simple education to help you understand how your body works
• then 40 minutes strength -based workouts to support healthy fat loss and muscle building
• lastly -few minutes for questions and guidance, so you’re never left guessing
You don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to show up.
This course has 3 sessions per week
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 60 minutes
• Sundays: 90 minutes (more time for education, practice, and questions)
